Groupon offers are available exclusively to new patients. We do not accept Groupon vouchers from returning customers. Each new patient may redeem only one voucher, which must be used during a single office visit. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

PRICE MATCH OPTION:

For new patients only, we will match the Groupon price if you choose to pay us directly. Price matching applies to one product or service only and cannot be combined with other offers.

PAYMENT NOTICE:

A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. We also accept Zelle and PayPal as payment options.

OFFICE HOURS:

Please ignore the hours listed on Google maps. Our office operates by appointment only.

 

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will result in a $100 fee.
