GROUPON DISCOUNT:

We will MATCH GROUPON PRICE, if you pay us directly.

 

Groupon vouchers are accepted only from NEW PATIENTS and only during your FIRST VISIT. We accept ONLY ONE voucher from each new patient. The voucher must be used during a single office visit and can not be used multiple times. We do not accept expired vouchers.

We charge 3% credit card processing fee.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show will result in $100 missed appointment fee. Let’s respect each other’s time. When you book your appointment at Anastasia Medical Aesthetics, we have reserved this time just for you.
